Intro to SBA 7(a) loans
Think of an SBA 7(a) loan as an engine to drive your business. It’s a government-backed option designed specifically for independent companies that need competitive terms and capital to grow.
To be eligible, there are a few initial qualifications
This is where we start. And from here, we will work alongside you to figure out the best approach.
How small businesses benefit
When opening a second location, initial setup costs can feel heavy. When sales projections are climbing, you need inventory. Or maybe you’re eyeing an acquisition to double your footprint. An SBA 7(a) loan can provide the capital to make those moves without draining your operational bank account.
Spreading payments out over years keeps your monthly overhead predictable.
You can combine real estate, buildouts, inventory, and equipment under a single, manageable loan structure.
Lower monthly payments leave more cash in your hands for daily operational needs.
SBA financing offers solutions that may not be available through conventional lending.
Leadership
Over a century of combined SBA lending experience, and the people who will see your application through from first call to post-funding.
